According to information from vHost's monitoring system, vHost has recorded a problem at Datacenter FPT Ho Chi Minh with detailed reports as follows:

 

  • Detection time: 19:25 on March 21, 2023.
  • End time: 19:45 on March 21, 2023.
  • Impact: Some customers use Bare Metal Server service at Datacenter FPT.
  • Reason: Because the network upgrade configuration operation is faulty, leading to the network effect on some servers.
  • Remedies:Immediately after the problem, the vHost side immediately switched back to the default Network configuration and rechecked the upgrade implementation plan.
