Dear Customer,
As announced on July 21, 2022, vHost performed maintenance and upgrade of Cloud Server software at VNPT datacenter on July 27, 2022. However, during the upgrade process, there was 1 node that had a network service failure during the upgrade process, leading to a reboot of some of the customer's cloud servers located on the above node.
vHost is very sorry about this problem. Currently, the vHost side has checked and rechecked all Cloud Server services, all of which are operating stably and normally.
vHost would like to inform customers to grasp the information.

To improve service quality and ensure stability for services. vHost will upgrade the cloud system software at 5 datacenters with the specific schedule below:
Maintenance content: Upgrading Cloud Server system software at 5 datacenters
Service interruption: Your service will not be affected.
Specific time: To ensure stability as well as stability for Cloud Server services, vHost will upgrade the software of Cloud Server clusters at 5 datacenters. The upgrade will be schedule from 0:00h - 6:00h GMT+7 with the maintenance detail schedule as below:
- July 23th, 2022: Datacenter FPT
- July 27th, 2022: Datacenter VNPT
- July 28-29th, 2022: Datacenter Viettel Ho Chi Minh
- July 30th, 2022: Datacenter Viettel Hanoi
- July 31th, 2022: Datacenter Singapore
This is a plan to increase as well as ensure the stability of your Cloud Server service. vHost side will closely monitor the customer's service during the upgrade period.
