Service Incident Notification – Cloud System at CMC Datacenter

We have identified an incident affecting the Cloud service at the CMC Datacenter. vHost is currently investigating and working on resolving this issue.

Incident Update #1:
Based on our preliminary checks, the server is still operational. We have identified the root cause as a network-related issue, which has led to the current situation. Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue.

Incident Time: 13:21, January 29, 2026 (GMT +7:00, Vietnam Time)

Resolution Time: vHost is currently in the process of troubleshooting and resolving the issue.

vHost will provide a detailed root cause analysis once the issue has been fully resolved.
