    Incident Details

    Incident Update #1:

    The vHost monitoring system detected unstable network conditions at CMC Datacenter.



    • Preliminary cause: The technical team is currently investigating and will provide updates later.

    • Scope of impact: Network at CMC Datacenter was unstable.

    • Current status: The network has now returned to stable operation.



    Incident Update #2:

    Incident start time: 16:07, March 20, 2026 (GMT +7, Vietnam Time)

    Resolution time: 16:21, March 20, 2026 (GMT +7, Vietnam Time)


    • Root cause: A port on the main router encountered an issue, causing a complete loss of peering connectivity with CMC and FPT.

    • Mitigation: Traffic was temporarily redirected through a backup router.

    • Current status: The system is now operating normally again.
