The system has recorded an incident affecting Cloud services at CMC Datacenter. vHost is currently investigating and handling the issue.


Incident Update #1:

Based on preliminary checks, the server is still operational. We have identified the root cause as a network-related issue, which led to this situation. Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue.


Incident Update #2:

vHost has temporarily resolved the issue, and VPS and Cloud Server services at CMC Datacenter are now accessible.
Preliminary Cause: Network interruption on GPU02 server
Temporary Solution: Server reboot
Currently, vHost’s engineering team is urgently identifying the root cause and will implement a permanent fix. We will provide the latest updates to our valued customers as soon as more information becomes available.

Root cause: A conflict between IOMMU and the network card driver caused a complete network outage for all running services.
Preventive solution: vHost performed maintenance to update the IOMMU configuration, excluding the network card driver to prevent conflicts.
