  • Start time: 23:00 PM on December 26, 2025 (GMT +7:00, Vietnam Time).

  • End time: 05:00 AM on December 27, 2025 (GMT +7:00, Vietnam Time).

  • Affect: There will be no service disruption, traffic will be rerouted to the backup line prior to the maintenance.

    • Note: The above time is the estimated time, maintenance may be completed earlier than expected.

    Incident announcement about system VPS and Cloud Server services at Viettel Ho Chi Minh Finished

    According to vHost's monitoring system, we have recorded an incident affecting VPS and Cloud Server services at Viettel Ho Chi Minh. Currently, our technical department is conducting inspections and handling the issue.

    Incident Update 1:

    One of vHost's storage nodes encountered an issue, leading to your server services hanging or experiencing slow performance. We are currently working on resolving the incident.

    Incident Update 2:

    vHost has finished processing, and VPS and Cloud Server services at Viettel Ho Chi Minh are now accessible.

    Temporary Fix: vHost has rebooted the system and addressed the immediate issue.

    The root cause is currently being investigated by vHost engineers to implement a permanent solution. We will provide further updates as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Impact: Services will be redirected to the backup system, and no service interruption is expected.
