  • General Impact: Traffic will reroute to another router during maintenance. The maximum network disruption duration is up to 5 minutes.

  • General Impact: All services hosted at the Viettel Binh Duong Datacenter will not be accessible during the maintenance period.

  • Detailed Service Impact:

    • Cloud Server,VPS: Virtual Machines will be shut down.

    • Email Server, Email Pro, Email Hosting, Email Relay: Access to the email system and mail delivery (sending/receiving) will be temporarily interrupted. Incoming emails will be held in the Mail Gateway queue and delivered immediately after maintenance.

    • vDrive System: The system will be temporarily unavailable.

    • Kubernetes: The management dashboard and API connectivity will be temporarily disrupted. Running workloads on existing clusters will not be affected.

    • Hosting: Websites will be temporarily offline.

    • Bare Metal Server: Servers will be shut down.

The system has recorded an incident affecting the following services: [Linux hosting, SEO Hosting, Business Hosting]. Currently, our technical department is conducting an investigation and coordinating with partners for resolution.

Incident Update 1:

Through preliminary inspection, we have identified that the JetBackup process is hung, resulting in backup failures. vHost technical team has contacted our partner, JetBackup, to resolve this issue.


Our technical team contacted the partner and received feedback regarding backup errors occurring when connecting to NFS.



Incident Update 2:

Following the initial feedback, we have contacted our partner, CloudLinux, to handle the connectivity issues related to NFS.
