  • Start time: 00:00 on 09/09/2026 (GMT +7:00 – Vietnam time zone).

  • End time: 23:59 on 16/09/2026 (GMT +7:00 – Vietnam time zone).

  • Impact: No service interruption will occur. However, latency may occasionally increase during the maintenance period.



Note: The above timeframe is an estimate; due to the large volume of data, rebalancing data to the new storage system will take considerable time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Maintenance details: Upgrading vHost's Core Router equipment at the VNPT Datacenter.

  • Start time: 00:00 AM, August 1, 2026 (GMT +7:00 – Vietnam Time Zone).

  • End time: 02:00 AM, August 1, 2026 (GMT +7:00 – Vietnam Time Zone).

  • Impact: No impact is expected during the maintenance. Traffic will be switched over to the backup router, which will operate as a substitute for the duration.

Note: The above timeframe is an estimate, and maintenance may be completed ahead of schedule.
