    CMC International Network Incident Notification Resolved Fault / Issue

    The system has recorded an incident affecting the service using network at Datacenter CMC Telecom. We are currently working with our partner CMC to clarify the cause of the intermittent connectivity issue and to implement a permanent fix.

    Update 1:

    In the meantime, vHost has temporarily rerouted traffic through an alternative datacenter to mitigate the impact.

    We will update you with the specific situation in the next update.



    Update 2:

    The network connectivity has now stabilized and services are operating normally. We are still awaiting the official root cause from our partner CMC Telecom and will provide further updates once more information becomes available.

    The root cause was that one of CMC’s upstream routes experienced high latency. CMC has switched to an alternative upstream route, and the network is now operating stably.
