News: Notice of Network Maintenance at CMC Data Center on May 10th and 17th, 2025

In order to ensure service stability and enhance service quality, vHost would like to inform you of the upcoming "Network Maintenance Plan at CMC Data Center" as follows:

Phase 1

Start Time: 00:00 (GMT+7), May 10th, 2025

End Time: 02:00 (GMT+7), May 10th, 2025

Scope of Work: Maintenance of the primary gateway router

Impact: None

Remarks: All network traffic will be proactively rerouted to the backup device prior to the maintenance window to ensure service continuity.

Phase 2

Start Time: 00:00 (GMT+7), May 17th, 2025

End Time: 02:00 (GMT+7), May 17th, 2025

Scope of Work: Maintenance of the backup gateway router

Impact: None

Please note: The stated timeframes are estimates, and the maintenance may be completed ahead of schedule.
This maintenance is part of our planned network infrastructure activities at CMC Data Center. vHost will closely monitor the entire process to ensure that there is no disruption to your services.
