News: Maintenance and upgrade hardware of Cloud Server cluster at CMC Datacenter on September 04, 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you customers for trusting and using the services at vHost during the past time.

In order to improve service quality and ensure service stability, vHost will upgrade the hardware of Cloud Server. vHost would like to send maintenance information as follows:

• Start time: From 23h00 September 04, 2024 (GMT +7:00 Vietnam Timezone).
• End time: Until 02h00 September 05, 2024 (GMT +7:00 Vietnam Timezone).
• Reason: Upgrade Cloud Server cluster hardware at CMC.
• Impact: Service was interrupted for 5 minutes while the VM was migrated to another server in the same cluster to run.

Note: The above time is the estimated time, the maintenance may be completed earlier than expected.

This is a hardware upgrade plan for Cloud Server at CMC Data Center and to avoid affecting your service, vHost will closely monitor throughout the above maintenance period.
